I have two new TinyPilots

    Each is asking for a username and password after powering it up. What is the default username and password? Is there another way to login? Thanks, Wayne

      Hi Wayne, thank you for your message. I'm sorry you're having issues getting started with your new TinyPilot devices.

      Brand-new TinyPilot devices don't have a username or password configured by default, so we'll need to look into this. Can you please provide a screenshot of the login prompt, as that might provide some context? Could you please also let me know if you purchased the new devices directly from us?

          I purchased them new in box from Amazon. They look exactly like the other one I purchased from you a while ago.
          This isn't the actual screen shot of the problem unit. This is the one that I have in use.

          It looks just like this one. They are at my office 6 miles away.

          This is what I ordered on Amazon. Sure looks legit to me.
