Hi @sudemali, I'm sorry you're running into this video streaming issue.

Thanks for sharing that log. Your log suggests that TinyPilot's video streaming service is failing to load:

Failed to locate executable /opt/ustreamer-launcher/launch: No such file or directory
Failed at step EXEC spawning /opt/ustreamer-launcher/launch: No such file or directory

This explains why you suddenly saw the error message asking you to enable STUN since your TinyPilot noticed it wasn't displaying an image.

The quickest way to resolve this issue is to perform a factory reset to restore your TinyPilot back to a working state. However, a factory reset will also reset all of your settings and configuration.

I hope that helps! Please let me know if you have any questions.

            Thanks for the update, @sudemali!

I've just sent you an email with a link to the latest TinyPilot image you qualify for so you can get back up and running with a factory reset.

            I hope that helps!

Hi - I did a factory reset but the image is still not loading up. I used a usb device to flash the image using balenaetcher. Any help is much appreciated. I can even pay for new image in a micro-sd card as its taking a long time for me to make it work. thanks

Thanks for the update, @sudemali. I'm sorry you're still running into this issue.

And thanks for sharing those logs!

Your logs suggest your device is running TinyPilot Pro 2.5.0. The microSD card you received should have a newer version of TinyPilot Pro (2.6.4) installed.

Could you confirm that this is the only TinyPilot device on your network? If so, could you disconnect all cables, USB devices, and the microSD card from your TinyPilot device? After that, could you insert the new microSD card, the HDMI cable, and then the Data and Power USB-C cables?

Please let me know if you have any questions.

                Hi David.
I did as advised and I am using the new SD card only but still it loads as 2.5.0 version. Is some kind of cache is stored? or its not booting up from micro-sd card?
                Please advise

                thanks

Is some kind of cache is stored? or its not booting up from micro-sd card?

There's no caching here, so we'd expect your TinyPilot to boot into 2.6.4 with the new microSD card.

If you're accessing a TinyPilot web interface running 2.5.0, that could suggest there's another TinyPilot on your network. Do you normally access the TinyPilot web interface using https://tinypilot (or https://tinypilot.local / https://tinypilot.localdomain)? Are you able to try accessing your TinyPilot's web interface using its IP address?

Hi David. Thanks a lot. It worked now when I pointed to tinypilot.local instead of tinypilot.
                    Thanks again
                    Appreciate your help
