Upgrade Problem

    I have upgraded to latest version of software and now I am having a problem. Video is very glitchy after I reboot windows and the mouse and keyboard does not work. I need help to downgrade to Version: 2.6.5.
    please tell me how I downgrade. I am not on site where the device is located and there is limited help available.

        This was fixed. I used wrong port.
