Mouse/Keyboard not working

    I can see the screen of the target computer, but I can't interact with the keyboard or mouse, the only thing that responds is actions->keyboard shortcuts ->ctrl alt delete

      Hi blahblah,
      does the virtual keybaord work? If so, than I would check if there is any browser extension is preventing TinyPilot from working.
      If virtual keyboard does not work, I would check the cabeling (but IMHO ctrl-alt-del also should noo work.)
      In some circumstances a close of the browser session and opening it again just does the job.
