H264 stopped working after update

      Thanks for sharing those logs! Other than confirming that H.264 isn't working, your logs look ok.

      It looks like you're running TinyPilot Pro 2.6.2, could you try updating to 2.6.3 and see if that helps?

      Can I ask whether you're using a cloud access service like Tailscale?
