We're currently completely out of stock of both TinyPilot Voyager 2a models (USB-C and PoE). However, we're expecting some additional stock today (October 8th).
We have an email form on our product page that you can use to receive an email notification when devices come back in stock - I'd recommend signing up for that notification so you can order as soon as they're ready.
